This warranty covers:

Hardware defects
Faulty components
Build or assembly errors

🔄 Returns & Warranty Coverage

If a major hardware issue is confirmed within 14 days of delivery:

We provide a free prepaid return label
You may qualify for a full refund or replacement
After 14 days:

Returns may still be accepted within 30 days
Restocking fees may apply if not in like-new condition

Return requirements:

Original packaging (recommended)
All included accessories, cables, and manuals

🛠️ Warranty Repair Process

We try to fix issues remotely first (fastest option).

Local Customers:

Drop-off and pickup available (if applicable)

Shipped Orders:

Customer covers shipping to us
We cover return shipping after repair

If issue is confirmed within 14 days:
👉 We cover shipping both ways

If issue is due to user damage:
👉 Repair + shipping costs may apply

❌ What Voids the Warranty

Your warranty is void if:

Parts are replaced or modified without approval
BIOS/overclocking changes are made (outside XMP/DOCP)
Third-party tuning software causes damage
Physical damage or mishandling occurs
System is altered with unauthorized components

⚠️ Exclusions & Notes

User-caused issues may incur labor fees ($90/hr recommended)
Game optimization/performance issues are not covered
BIOS changes outside approved settings are unsupported
Keep packaging for at least 30 days

Important:
Shipping damage is not covered unless insured.
