How long does shipping take?

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day your system is delivered.

Returns must be approved before being shipped back.

Are there restocking fees?

Non-defective returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Restocking fees do not apply to confirmed defective systems covered under warranty.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective returns
If a verified hardware defect is confirmed within 14 days of delivery, we will provide a prepaid return label
Can I return a custom-built PC?

Because custom PCs are built-to-order, return eligibility may be limited once the build process has started.

Approved non-defective returns may still be subject to restocking fees and inspection requirements.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
