Refund policy
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all included accessories, and preferably in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns.
- If a hardware defect or shipping issue is confirmed within 14 days of delivery, OMGamingPCs will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Restocking Fees
- Non-defective returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Restocking fees do not apply to confirmed defective systems covered under warranty.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-built systems, personalized items, and special-order products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times from banks or credit card providers may vary.
