Custom Build Disclaimer
All custom-built systems are built-to-order based on the customer’s selected configuration and preferences.
Because custom PCs are personalized products, cancellations, returns, or refunds may be limited once the build process has started.
Non-defective custom systems may be subject to:
- A 20% restocking fee
- Return shipping costs
- Inspection/testing before refund approval
If your system arrives defective or experiences a confirmed hardware issue within 14 days of delivery, OMGamingPCs will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the system in accordance with our Warranty & Return Policies.
Minor differences in component brands, packaging, RGB appearance, or equivalent substitute parts may occur due to inventory availability. Any substitute components will always meet or exceed the original advertised specifications.
