At OMGamingPCs, we stand behind every system we build.

New PCs: Include a 1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty
Pre-Owned PCs: Include a 6-Month Parts & Labor Warranty

🖥️Lifetime Technical Support

All customers receive lifetime email and phone support.

This warranty covers:

  • Hardware defects
  • Faulty components
  • Build or assembly-related issues

🔄 Returns & Defective Systems

If a verified hardware defect is confirmed within 14 days of delivery:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • You may qualify for a repair, replacement, or full refund

For non-defective returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply
  • Systems must be returned in like-new condition with included accessories

In certain cases involving verified hardware defects, return or replacement requests may still be considered within 30 days of delivery at our discretion.

Return Requirements

To help prevent shipping damage, we strongly recommend returning items with:

  • Original packaging
  • All included accessories, cables, and manuals

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

We always try to diagnose and resolve issues remotely first whenever possible.

Local Customers
  • Drop-off and pickup may be available
Shipped Orders
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the system to us for warranty service
  • OMGamingPCs covers return shipping after repair

14-Day DOA / Defect Coverage

If a hardware defect is confirmed within 14 days of delivery:

  • We cover shipping both ways

Customer-Caused Damage

If damage is determined to be caused by misuse, physical damage, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications:

  • Repair and shipping charges may apply

❌ Warranty Void Conditions

Your warranty may be void if:

  • Components are replaced or modified without approval
  • BIOS or overclocking settings are altered outside approved XMP/DOCP profiles
  • Third-party tuning or overclocking software causes damage
  • Physical damage, liquid damage, or mishandling occurs
  • Unauthorized hardware modifications are performed

Damage caused during customer upgrades or improper installation of third-party components is not covered under warranty.

⚠️ Exclusions & Important Notes

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Software-related issues
  • Virus or malware infections
  • Game optimization or FPS expectations
  • Compatibility issues caused by third-party software or peripherals
  • Cosmetic wear after delivery

Systems operating within manufacturer thermal specifications are considered functioning normally.

Game FPS, benchmark scores, temperatures, and performance may vary depending on software updates, drivers, game patches, monitor resolution, and system settings. Exact performance results are not guaranteed.

User-caused issues or software troubleshooting may incur labor charges of up to $90/hour.

Shipping damage claims must be reported immediately upon delivery. Coverage for shipping damage may depend on carrier claim approval and shipping insurance status.

We recommend keeping your original packaging for at least 30 days after delivery.
